Peter Bergen is CNN’s national security analyst, a fellow at Fordham University’s Center on National Security, and the director of the New America Foundation’s National Security Studies Program. He is a print and television journalist and the author of four books on al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden, three of which were New York Times bestsellers

Mr. Bergen has written for many publications including The New York Times, Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, International Herald Tribune, The Atlantic, and Foreign Affairs. He was an adjunct lecturer at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and he worked as an adjunct professor at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University for several years.

Mr. Bergen will discuss Al Qaeda, replacing Bruce Hoffman who was previously scheduled to speak on January 7th. Your reservations for the Bruce Hoffman lecture will be held over for Peter Bergen’s lecture. There is no need to re-register.
