Bradley University will host CNN national security analyst and journalist Peter Bergen on September 8 for a discussion about recent political activity in the Middle East. Bergen’s 7:30 p.m. lecture will be held in the Michel Student Center ballroom and is free and open to the public.

Bergen serves as the director of the national security studies program at the New America Foundation in Washington D.C. and is a research fellow at New York University’s Center on Law and Security. He most recently published the New York Times’ best-selling book The Longest War: The Enduring Conflict between America and Al-Qaeda.
